1. What services do you provide?

We specialize in blank t-shirts, custom printing, and wholesale apparel supply. Our services include screen printing, heat transfer, sublimation, and embroidery for bulk orders.

2. Do you accept small orders?

Our business is focused on B2B and wholesale supply, so we mainly handle bulk orders. However, we also accept small quantity order  and the minimum order quantity (MOQ) depends on the product and printing method—contact us for details.

3. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For blank t-shirts, we have no minimum order quantity. For custom printing, it may vary depending on the complexity and method.

4. How long does production take?

Standard lead time is 7–14 working days after order confirmation and payment. Larger or more complex orders may require additional time.

5. Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes, sample pieces can be arranged. Sampling fees may apply depending on the type of product and customization.

6. Do you provide design services?

We accept customer artwork, but we can also assist with basic design setup, logo placement, and print-ready adjustments.

7. What printing methods do you offer?

We provide screen printing, heat press, sublimation, DTG (Direct-to-Garment), and embroidery—allowing you to choose the best option based on fabric, design, and budget.

8. Can I order just blank t-shirts without printing?

Yes. We wholesale plain and basic t-shirts at competitive prices for resellers and businesses.

9. Do you offer delivery?

Yes. We deliver nationwide across Malaysia with courier shipping  or Lalamove delivery upon request.

10. How do I place an order?

Simply contact us through our Contact Page, WhatsApp, or email. Provide your design, quantity, and requirements, and our team will guide you through the process.

At AKA Empire T-Shirt Printing, we take pride in delivering quality products and reliable service. Every order goes through strict quality control before shipping. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, please review our return and exchange guidelines below:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered.

  • All requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or printed items (with logos, designs, or embroidery) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error caused by us.

  • Clearance and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Process

  • Contact our customer service team with your order number, photos of the issue, and details of the problem.

  • Once approved, we will arrange for an exchange or replacement.

  • In some cases, we may request you to return the items before sending replacements.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the error is on our side (wrong item, defect, misprint), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For other cases, shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.

  • All refunds will be processed to the original payment method after approval.

At AKA Empire T-Shirt Printing, we provide a detailed Size Chart with measurements in inches/centimeters for every product range.

1. Standard Fit

  • Our t-shirts follow a regular Asian fit, suitable for everyday wear, uniforms, and events.

  • Sizes typically range from XS to 3XL (larger sizes may be available upon request and may have extra charges depends on size request). 

2. Size Chart Reference

Each product listing includes a size chart with:

  • Chest width (measured armpit to armpit)

  • Body length (shoulder to hem)

  • Sleeve length (from shoulder seam)

3. Tolerance & Variation

  • As with all apparel manufacturing, please allow a tolerance of ±1 inch or ±5% in measurements.

  • Slight variation may occur depending on fabric type (cotton, TC, dri-fit, etc.).

4. Sample Fitting

  • For bulk corporate or reseller orders, sample pieces can be arranged upon request.

  • We recommend confirming sizes with your team or end-customers before mass production.

5. Tips for Best Fit

  • Compare our size chart with a t-shirt you already own.

  • If in doubt, choose one size up for a more comfortable fit.

1. How to Place an Order

  1. Send us your request – Share your product choice, quantity, sizes, colors, and printing details via our Contact Page, WhatsApp, or email.

  2. Quotation & confirmation – We will prepare a quotation based on your requirements. Once approved, we will proceed with an official order confirmation.

  3. Artwork approval – For custom printing, we will provide a digital mockup for your review. Production will begin only after you confirm the design.

  4. Production & delivery – Your order will be processed within the agreed lead time, and we’ll notify you once it’s ready for delivery.

2. Payment Terms

  • A 70% deposit is required upon order confirmation.

  • The balance payment must be settled before delivery or collection.

  • Orders will only proceed after payment/deposit is received.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Online bank transfer

  • FPX / DuitNow (Malaysia)

  • Company cheque (for approved corporate clients only)

4. Invoices & Receipts

Official invoices and receipts are provided for every order. Corporate clients may request quotation letters or supporting documents if needed.

  • We deliver nationwide across Malaysia.

  • International shipping can be arranged upon request (additional charges may apply).

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard orders: 7–14 working days after artwork approval and deposit payment.

  • Large or complex orders may require additional time. Our team will inform you during order confirmation.

  • Express service may be available for urgent orders (subject to availability).

3. Delivery Methods

  • Courier service partners (Skynet,PosLaju, J&T, GDex, etc.) for nationwide delivery.

  • Lalamove Delivery for bulk orders within Klang Valley and nearby regions.

  • Self-collection option available at our office/production facility.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Delivery charges vary based on weight, volume, and destination.

  • Exact shipping costs will be confirmed in your quotation.

  • Free delivery may be offered for bulk orders within certain areas (terms apply).

5. Tracking & Updates

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

  • Our team will update you on delivery status and estimated arrival.

6. Responsibility

  • We take care to pack all items securely.

  • Once orders are handed over to the courier, delivery times are subject to the courier’s schedule.
